Yaskawa Ibérica will exhibit for the first time in the Iberian Peninsula Yaskawa Cockpit, the central element of its solution for Industry 4.0 i3-Mechatronics. A concept that establishes the basis of Yaskawa to develop the automated factories of the future, as it did many years ago when creating the Mechatronics concept. This solution for Industry 4.0 connects intelligent components with the monitoring of live data and allows sophisticated data analysis and process improvements.
Easy programmability, rapid start-up and optimal operability are at the forefront of recent developments in drive technology and robotics. Using this platform, data from components, robots or entire systems, including products from third-party suppliers, can be recorded in real time and the information generated can be displayed and evaluated in a visually appealing, comprehensible and meaningful way.
In Advanced Factories, Yaskawa Ibérica will show two applications of Drives, Motion & Control Division that will be connected to the Yaskawa Cockpit and, therefore, we can see in real time how it works.
Smart Series: the smart choice for easy automation
In addition, YASKAWA Iberica bets on for Smart Series in Advanced Factorie. Smart Series is composed of the MotoMINI robot, the collaborative robot HC10, the GP range and the new Smart Pendant programming pendant, which provide simple and intuitive programming with robots that are characterized by its speed and adaptability to the work environment. With Smart Series, YASKAWA bets on simplified and efficient technology without losing its powerful functionality.
YASKAWA HC10 is the collaborative robot of YASKAWA and meets the highest levels of collaboration and cooperation. It is characterized by its versatility, since it can be used in a wide variety of applications such as picking, palletizing or welding and for its productivity, because it has been designed to work shoulder to shoulder with humans.
The MotoMINI robot from YASKAWA is light and fast, and is characterized as the smallest industrial robot in the world as well as for its intelligence and agility. It is the ideal solution to manipulate and assemble small products and components. With 6 axes and a range of 350 mm, it has a payload of 500 g. Its freedom of movement facilitates the most complex three-dimensional handling operations while increasing productivity.
Smart Pendant is part of the next generation of robot programming. It is an ideal programming and control interface for users of all levels. Its patented Smart Frame technology eliminates the use of coordinate frames and the robot adapts to the user's position. It is characterized by a simple and intuitive programming.
